The versatile Radical men's ski touring boot, which uses the innovative Hoji Single Lock system, is as efficient uphill as it is downhill.

The shoe, inspired by the Radical Pro model, effectively combines two universes that everything seems to oppose at first sight: freedom of movement on the way up and rigidity on the way down. In walking mode, the collar and the shell are separated from each other to facilitate ascents. A 60° travel of the upper guarantees all the necessary mobility and comfort. The reduced weight of the shoe (1520g in size 26.5) and the flexible construction of the tongue, made of two high-tech plastic materials, promote a natural and economical gait, even on steep terrain. The new liner, with thermoforming option, best combines precision, stability and comfort, from the first seconds in the shoe. In this way, you can tackle longer distances and overcome more elevation.

Once at the top, the Radical transforms in a single movement into a stable and direct downhill shoe thanks to the patented Hoji Single Lock system. Simply operate the Ski/Walk lever to lock the device, and the boot locks with an 11° forward inclination. The cuff and the shell then form a firm, precise unit with no play. This unique concept on the market is synonymous with assurance and efficiency on each descent, as is normally expected from ski boots. alpine.

Unlike the Radical Pro, the Radical's Ski/Hike mechanism is not connected to the Precision Buckles and Cinch Strap, which must be closed separately for descent. Your foot is firmly held and wrapped in the shoe, and still with a flex of 110, you have everything you need to attack your descents with determination, including in steep terrain. The new Radical is compatible with all hybrid, frame and insert bindings. The shoe is made of quality polyurethane and is entirely made in Italy.
