Here are the steps to follow for an item purchased in store and online

The Nordic runner offers you an intermediary service to make a claim with one of our suppliers. This claim applies to an item purchased in store or online. The guarantees offered by the companies vary and cover defects manufacturing and premature wear. Please note that The Nordic Runner reserves the right not to process any request where the item has exceeded its normal life span.

Procedure

In order to make a warranty claim with one of our suppliers, we need the following information:

  • Photo of the invoice.
  • Photos of the defective item; an overall view, soles (if shoes), a photo of the problem and a photo of the size label, if applicable.
  • Explanation of the problem.

Any warranty request must be sent by email to: garantie@lecoureurnordique.ca

A processing time ranging from 2 weeks to a few months is required depending on the company . For any accepted request, the defective item must be returned to the store. Upon receipt of the item, Le coureur nordique will offer you: replacement , credit note or repair .

Return of defective product to store

Once our warranty manager has confirmed that your request has been accepted, bring your defective item to the store and we will proceed with the exchange.

Att. Warranty Service

You have the option to create a Canada Post return label . A return and processing fee of $12 will be deducted from your credit, if applicable. In the Order No. section, indicate: Warranty - Your name. The Nordic Runner reserves the right to apply higher fees in the event of a return of an oversized item (Skis, poles, stroller, etc.)
