The Nordic Runner offers you an intermediary service in order to make a complaint to one of our suppliers. This complaint applies to an item purchased in store or online. Warranties offered by companies vary and cover manufacturing defects and premature wear. Please note that The Nordic Runner reserves the right not to process any request or the item has exceeded its normal shelf life.
Procedure
In order to make a warranty claim with one of our suppliers, we need the following information:
- Photo of the invoice.
- Photos of the defective item; an overview, the soles (in the case of shoes), a photo of the problem and a photo of the size label, if applicable.
- Explanation of the problem.

A processing time ranging from 2 weeks to a few months is required depending on the company . For any accepted request, the defective item must be returned to the store. Upon receipt of it, The Nordic Runner will offer you: replacement , credit note or repair .
Return of the defective product to the store
When our warranty manager has confirmed that your request has been accepted, bring your defective item to the store and we will proceed with the exchange.

Att. Warranty Service
You have the option of creating a Canada Post return label . A $12 return and processing fee will be deducted from your credit, if applicable. In the Order No. section, indicate: Warranty - Your name. The Nordic runner reserves the right to apply higher costs in the event of the return of an oversized item (Skis, poles, stroller, etc.)
