Refund policy

We accept product returns within 15 days following the date of purchase in store or following the date of receipt of your package.

Returned items must be in new condition, with their original labels and packaging.

If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items with 40% off and above, electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear and gift cards.

For returns by mail, a $12 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The Nordic runner reserves the right to apply higher fees in the case of the return of oversized products (Skis, poles, strollers, etc.)

In the event that we observe excessive use of the returns system, including multiple returns of the same pair of items in different sizes for at-home try-ons, we reserve the right to charge additional fees, above and beyond the standard fee of $12. These fees could be applied to cover increased logistics costs associated with these frequent returns.
