1. Who we are

The website lecoureurnordique.ca is operated by Le coureur nordique, 141 chemin Sainte-Foy, Quebec City, Quebec G1R 1T1, (418) 353-2386, enligne@lecoureurnordique.ca.

These terms apply to the use of our website and to the purchases you make on it. They complement our shipping policy, return policy, warranty policy and privacy policy.

2. Orders, prices and availability

Prices. Prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

Confirmation. After you order, you receive a confirmation email summarizing the products, the total price, the shipping fees and the taxes.

Availability. Our inventory is shared between the store and the website. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we let you know promptly and refund that product in full, or offer you an equivalent if you wish.

Colours and photos. We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Payment, shipping, returns and warranties

Payment. Payment is processed securely by our e-commerce platform. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Shipping. Delivery times and shipping fees are set out in our shipping policy and shown before payment. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected date, you may cancel it and be refunded.

Returns. Return and exchange conditions are set out in our return policy.

Warranties. Our products are covered by the legal warranty provided by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act: they must be fit for their intended use and last a reasonable time. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition; see our warranty policy.

4. Use of the website

The content of the website (text, photos, logos) belongs to Le coureur nordique or its suppliers. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

You agree to use the website lawfully, to provide accurate information when ordering and not to interfere with how the website works. If you post a product review, it must be honest and respectful; we may remove a review that is abusive or unrelated to the product.

5. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

6. Your rights

The rules on this page do not take away any of the rights the law gives you, including under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. In case of disagreement, the laws of Quebec apply.

7. Changes and contact information

We may change the rules on this page. For an order already placed, the rules in effect on the day of the order apply.
