Time and condition of the products
You can return by mail:
- Your items purchased in store
- Your items purchased online
We accept product returns within 15 days of the date of purchase in the store or the date we receive your package.
Returned items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging.
If this is not the case, the return will be refused.
How to return your items by mail
- Place the items in their original packaging.
- Pack your package properly.
- Create a Canada Post return label, print the label and affix it to your package.
- Take your package to the nearest post office.
A return and restocking fee of 12$ will be deducted from your refund. Le coureur nordique reserves the right to apply higher fees in the case of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.)
In the case of items purchased in store, we will contact you by phone upon receipt of the package to make the refund.
No refund, exchange or credit note on the following items:
- Electronicequipment (watches, headphones, headlamps)
- Swimsuits
- Underwear
- Socks
- Gift cards

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your package.
Simply go to your nearest post office with your QR code. This code will be provided to you in the Canada Post email when you create your return label.
