Here's how to make a return for a purchase made in store or online

You can return to us by post :

  • Your items purchased in store
  • Your items purchased online

Returned items must be in new condition , with their original tags and packaging .

If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges or credits on items with 40% off and more, electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear and gift cards.

How to return your items to us by post
  • Place the items in their original packaging.
  • Pack your parcel properly.
  • Create a Canada Post return label , print this label and stick it on your package.
  • Take your package to the nearest post office.

A $12 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The Nordic Runner reserves the right to apply higher fees in the case of the return of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.)

In the event that we observe excessive use of the returns system, including multiple returns of the same pair of items in different sizes for home trials, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, beyond the standard $12 fee . This fee may be applied to cover the increased logistics costs associated with these frequent returns.

In the case of items purchased in store, we will contact you by telephone upon receipt of the package to process the refund.
