Here's how to make a return for a purchase made in store or online

Return conditions

  • Your items were purchased in store or online
  • Returned items must be in new condition, with tags and in original packaging.

The return must be made within:

  • 15 days from the date of purchase in store.
  • 15 days following the date of receipt of your package (for online purchases)

No refunds, exchanges or credits on the following items


  • Sale items at 40% off or more.

  • Electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps).

  • Socks, underwear, swimsuits.

  • Gift cards.

  • Modified shoes (installation of crampons or axles).

  • Hydration devices (bottles, soft flasks).

  • Food and nutrition items.

Le coureur nordique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

How to return your items?

Return by mail – From Canada

  1. Place your items in their original packaging.
  2. Pack your parcel carefully.
  3. Create a return label via Canada Post, print it and stick it on your package.
  4. Drop off the package at the nearest post office.

For items purchased in store, please include your phone number in the order number section on the return label. We will contact you by phone to process the refund.

Applicable fees:

  • A flat $12 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Return of oversized products (e.g. skis, poles, strollers).
  • A poorly packaged package (e.g. a shoe box sent without additional packaging)
  • Excessive use of the return system (e.g. frequent returns for multiple size trials)

Return by post – International origin

Return your items via the carrier of your choice.

Return costs (postage, customs, taxes) are your responsibility.

Le coureur nordique assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage during transport. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.

Return to store

  1. Place items in their original packaging.
  2. Bring them back to the store.
  3. Present your invoice or order number

Exchange

In order to allow you to obtain the product that suits you as quickly as possible, Le coureur nordique does not make any exchanges by post. If you wish to exchange the size or color of a product ordered online, simply place a new order for the desired product and return your initial purchase to us by following the procedure indicated above.

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will refund the merchandise, less return and restocking costs, provided it meets our return conditions mentioned above on this page.
