Once we receive your online order, our team will set aside your item(s) and process your payment. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

Your order will then ship via Canada Post within 48 hours of the confirmation email.

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a second email with the tracking number.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a $10.00 shipping fee at checkout.

*Oversized items are charged a $40.00 shipping fee at checkout.

*Strollers are charged a $100.00 shipping fee at checkout.

We accept product returns within 15 days of the in-store purchase date or of receiving your parcel.

Returned items must be in new condition, with their tags and in their original packaging.

Otherwise, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges or store credit on items discounted 40% or more, electronics (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear and gift cards.

For returns by mail, a $12 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Le coureur nordique reserves the right to charge higher fees for returns of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.).

If we notice excessive use of the return system, such as multiple returns of the same item in different sizes for at-home try-ons, we reserve the right to charge additional fees beyond the standard $12 fee. These fees may be applied to cover the increased logistics costs of these frequent returns.
