Deliveries and shipping

Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.

When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.

*For all oversized items, a shipping fee of $40.00 will be charged at checkout.

A closer attachment to the handle gives a better pendulum. Strap with Swix Just Click system. Just click your strap into the handle and you're ready to go. Press the button on the TOP site of the handle to release the strap. Just Click allows you to easily release the pole without having to remove your gloves or straps.
