Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.

When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.

*For all oversized items, a shipping fee of $40.00 will be charged at checkout.

*For any stroller purchase, a delivery fee of $100.00 will be charged at checkout.

We accept product returns within 15 days of the date of purchase in store or the date of receipt of your package.

Returned items must be in new condition , with their original tags and packaging .

If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges or credits on items with 40% off and more, electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear and gift cards.

For returns by mail, a return and restocking fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund. Le coureur nordique reserves the right to apply higher fees in the case of the return of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.)

In the event that we observe excessive use of the returns system, including multiple returns of the same pair of items in different sizes for home trials, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, beyond the standard $12 fee . This fee may be applied to cover the increased logistics costs associated with these frequent returns.
