Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.
When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.
*For all oversized items, a shipping fee of $40.00 will be charged at checkout.
*For any stroller purchase, a delivery fee of $100.00 will be charged at checkout.

Convenient to consume, its creamy texture offers a high energy power with progressive diffusion, making it possible to support intense efforts in all endurance sports.
Energy gels are part of the philosophy of a natural, healthy and efficient diet. They do not contain any of the main allergens recognized in Canada.

Consumption :
- Take one sachet at the start of your physical activity and one sachet every 30-45 minutes thereafter, depending on the intensity of the effort and your energy needs.
- It is recommended not to wait until you feel weak to consume it.
Conservation :
Energy gels can be stored at room temperature for up to 15 months from the date of production.
