Deliveries and shipping

Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.

When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.

*For all oversized items, a shipping fee of $40.00 will be charged at checkout.

*For any stroller purchase, a delivery fee of $100.00 will be charged at checkout.

The Ultimate Direction FlexForm 500 II water bottle offers a new ergonomic shape for easy drinking and carrying. The design is comfortable in your hand or against your body. The FlexForm bottle features a soft plastic body with a soft silicone valve. A smaller, lighter cap keeps the weight light. The Flexform 500 is the optimal bottle for use with UD's Access belt packs.
