Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.
When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.

Information :
Designed for the pre-exercise phase, the 32 grams of carbohydrates from natural sugars will provide you with all the energy you need to make the most of your favorite activity. They can also be consumed during a training session of less than 2 hours.
Benefits:
- Contains 32 grams of carbohydrates, the main fuel during physical activity
- Made with whole-grain oat flour, which gives it its satiating power and richness in amino acids
Consumption :
- To be taken 15 to 45 minutes before physical exertion in order to activate the circulation and provide all the energy necessary for the practice of your activity
- To be taken during sustained activity for approximately 2 hours to maintain sugar levels and avoid fatigue-related disorders
Conservation :
The preservation of the bars is 12 to 15 months at room temperature from the moment of production, thanks to natural processes.
The humidity level has been carefully calculated in the design of each bar, in order to promote optimal conservation.
