Following receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
The shipment will then be made via Canada Post within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.
When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the shipment tracking number.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada with any purchase of $100 or more. For any order under $100, a fee of $10.00 is charged at checkout.
*For all oversized items, a shipping fee of $40.00 will be charged at checkout.
*For any stroller purchase, a delivery fee of $100.00 will be charged at checkout.

Energy bars:
Designed for the pre-workout phase, the 32 grams of carbohydrates from natural sugars will provide you with all the energy you need to make the most of your favorite activity. Made with whole grain oat flour, which gives it its satiating power and its richness in amino acids. It should be taken during sustained activity of around 2 hours in order to maintain sugar levels and avoid fatigue-related disorders.
Protein bars:
Designed for the post-workout phase, with 12 grams of vegetable protein, it will provide your muscles with all the essential resources for their protection and reconstruction. Made with date syrup, a 100% natural sugar rich in potassium, it is perfect to be consumed after physical effort or as a healthy snack.
