A performance shoe presented by Puma, the Fast-R Nitro Elite is a model designed for fast training and road competition from 5k to half marathon, the more daring can embark on the Marathon distance with the shoes. The EVA heel provides a firmer first contact with the ground and then the carbon plate offers a quick transition to the front of the foot where we find the Nitro Elite foam in PEBA infused with nitrogen for maximum propulsion.
