Time and condition of the products

You can return by mail:

  • Your items purchased in store
  • Your items purchased online

We accept product returns within 15 days of the date of purchase in the store or the date we receive your package.

Returned items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging.

If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit on items with 40% or more discount, electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear, and gift cards.


How to return your items by mail

  • Place the items in their original packaging.
  • Pack your package properly.
  • Create a Canada Post return label, print the label and affix it to your package.
  • Take your package to the nearest post office.

A return and restocking fee of 12$ will be deducted from your refund. Le coureur nordique reserves the right to apply higher fees in the case of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.)

In the event that we observe excessive use of the returns system, including multiple returns of the same pair of items in different sizes for at-home try-ons, we reserve the right to charge additional fees, above and beyond the standard fee of $12. These fees could be applied to cover increased logistics costs associated with these frequent returns.

In the case of items purchased in store, we will contact you by phone upon receipt of the package to make the refund.


No refund, exchange or credit note on the following items:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
