Competition
Racing shoes can be compared to a treat, a little treat that you give yourself as a runner to maximize your performance on race day. Designed with super foams and carbon plates, these shoes optimize each stride by propelling you with each step. On the other hand, they are less structured, offer limited stability and are not very durable. The super trainer is a new category of shoe that has emerged in recent years, halfway between the daily training shoe and the racing shoe. Ideal for interval sessions or short fast runs, on track or asphalt, it is an alternative to plate models.
