Upon receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and the payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

The order will be shipped via Canada Post within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the tracking number of the shipment.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free everywhere in Quebec with any purchase of 100$ and more. For all orders under 100$, a 10.00 fee$ is charged at the time of payment.

*For all oversized items, a fee of 20.00$ is charged at checkout.

For the rest of Canada, a fee of 10.00$ is charged at the time of payment.

If the item ordered is not suitable, the return is at the customer's expense. Please note that, as stated on the refund policy page, we offer the possibility of an exchange or a credit usable in store only, but do not offer refunds.
