Upon receipt of your online order, the item(s) will be set aside by our team and the payment will be accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

The order will be shipped via Canada Post within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

When your order is picked up, you will receive a second email with the tracking number of the shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free everywhere in Canada with any purchase of 100$ and more. For all orders under 100$, a 10.00$ fee is charged at checkout.

*For all oversized items, a delivery fee of 20.00$ will be charged at checkout.

*For all stroller purchases, a delivery fee of 100.00$ will be charged at checkout.

Return

If the item ordered is not suitable, the return will be at the customer's expense. Please note that, as stated on the refund policy page, we offer the possibility of an exchange or a credit usable in store only, but do not offer refunds.

We accept product returns within 15 days from the date of purchase in the store or from the date we receive your package.

Returned items must be innew condition, with their original tags and packaging.

If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds, exchanges or credit notes on electronic equipment (watches, headphones, headlamps), socks, underwear, swimwear and gift cards.

A return and restocking fee of 12$ will be deducted from your refund. Le coureur nordique reserves the right to apply a higher fee for the return of oversized products (skis, poles, strollers, etc.)
